Begin with Ontario Sweet Corn & Maritime Lobster, followed by a Heritage Turkey Dinner with confit leg, chestnut–sourdough stuffing, cranberry gastrique, Brussels sprouts and whipped potatoes. Finish with a decadent Pecan Tart with pecan praline, crème fraîche and marigold.
