Open Aera is accessible through Aera Restaurant. Take the elevator to the 38th floor and the Aera host team will direct you to our 39th floor patio.

The restaurant is located at Front Street and Spadina Avenue, accessible via the King and Spadina streetcar routes. The nearest subway stations are St. Andrew and Union. Upon arrival at 8 Spadina, take the guest elevators in the lobby to the 38th floor.
Paid underground parking is available off of Wellington Street, west of Spadina, and off of Front Street. Aera parking is located on P3 & P5 in sections A, G and F. Follow signs to 8 Spadina.
Take the 8 Spadina parking elevator to the ground floor. Once on the ground floor, exit right and take the office elevators in the lobby of 8 Spadina to the 38th floor.
