Crafted by O&B Corporate Executive Chef Anthony Walsh and Aera Executive Chef Binit Pandey, this exclusive five-course dinner draws from Argentina’s rich grilling traditions and communal dining culture. With deep regional roots and strong European influences, Argentinian cuisine is known for its bold, rustic flavours.
The menu will spotlight premium cuts of beef, fresh seafood, and expertly prepared seasonal vegetables, thoughtfully paired with wines from Zuccardi Valle de Uco — one of Argentina’s most acclaimed wineries. Situated in the Uco Valley and celebrated for its terroir-driven approach, Zuccardi brings depth and distinction to every glass.
With panoramic views of the Toronto skyline as your backdrop, this one-night-only experience promises a vibrant, al fresco atmosphere perfect for food lovers and summer diners alike.
