On Sunday, October 12 from 5pm, join us for an elegant Thanksgiving celebration featuring Chef Binit’s elevated three-course menu, complete with an amuse-bouche.
For $120 per person, indulge in a Thanksgiving prix fixe that reimagines tradition with luxurious flair. Begin with a delicate amuse of Crispy Rice Cake & Enoki, glazed with soy and miso, avocado, and shaved fresh black truffle. The first course features Lobster Vol-au-Vent, served with braised leeks, Cognac hollandaise, fall greens and Sauce Américaine — with the option to add truffle or Kaluga caviar. For the main event, enjoy Roasted Turkey Breast Supreme & Stuffed Leg Ballotine, with truffled foie gras stuffing, chestnut & bread stuffing, celeriac purée, and Madeira-cranberry jus.
To finish, no Thanksgiving feast would be complete without a sweet indulgence. Our Butter Tart, with pecan nougatine, salted caramel whip, and marigold petals, provides the perfect finale.
The full Thanksgiving menu will be offered as a set menu, with all dishes also available à la carte. Special wine features will also be available by the bottle to complement your holiday meal.
