Mark, renowned for his book Steak: One Man’s Search for the World’s Tastiest Piece of Beef, will share captivating stories and expert insights, while Chef Walsh and the Aera culinary team present a meticulously curated menu featuring the finest cuts, expertly paired with Local Spirit cocktails and sommelier-selected wines.
